What we collect

When you use our quote, appointment or dealership forms, you may give us your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, insurance details, photos and a message. You choose what to share: only your name and phone number are required on the quote form.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your quote, appointment or dealership request, to contact you about it, and to track your repair. Photos are used to understand the work and quote it.

How we keep it

Your information is stored securely and is only seen by the ClearFlow LLC team. We don’t sell, rent or trade it to anyone.

Vehicle tracking

If your vehicle is in our shop, you may get a work order number. Anyone who enters that number on our Track Your Vehicle page sees only the vehicle, its current repair stage and the dates. No names, phone numbers or other personal details are shown. Keep your number private, the same way you would a receipt.

Website statistics

We use Google Analytics to see anonymous statistics about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are tapped. It does not receive your name, phone number, email or anything you type into our forms. Google Analytics uses cookies, which you can block in your browser settings.
