Straight answers to common questions. Every policy is different, so check the details of your coverage with your insurer.
Do I have to use the repair shop my insurance company recommends?
No. Oklahoma law says an insurer can’t require you to have your vehicle repaired at a specific repair facility (Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 1250.8). You have the right to choose your repair shop.
Which insurance companies do you work with?
We work with all major insurance companies. If you’re not sure about yours, give us a call at (405) 492-3475.
Do I need to file a claim before I contact you?
No. You can call us or send a quote request at any point. We can help you through the claim process.
What should I have ready?
If you’ve filed a claim, your insurance company’s name and your claim number are helpful, along with your adjuster’s contact details if you have them. Photos of the damage help too, and you can attach up to four to the quote form.
How does my deductible work?
Your deductible is set by your policy and your insurer. Ask us about deductible assistance and we’ll talk through your options.
Can I get work done without going through insurance?
Yes. Plenty of our work, like custom paint, color changes, body kits and detailing, isn’t insurance work at all. Send a quote request or call us.
How long will my repair take?
It depends on the damage, parts availability and, for claims, your insurer’s approval. We’ll give you an idea once we’ve seen the vehicle and keep you updated along the way.
